Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for cosmetic treatments.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days. Credits or exchanges will then be issued within 30 days upon receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and reason for return. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  • Credit will not be issued for shipping and handling charges.
  • Performance of any cosmetic treatments or procedures is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
  • If you are not an appropriate candidate for a procedure you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another treatment or products that are available on our store.
